  • Power of Purpose: This is half day workshop will guide you to find what your purpose is and where your passions lie. During this training course you will be introduced to two personality assessments which force you to become more self aware. This introspection will allow you to discover where your strengths and desires merge, which creates your purpose. You will also learn practical skills that will enable you to apply your purpose in the workplace and in your life. This workshop will included the following workshops: The Power of mindset, The Power of Finding YOUR why, and The Power of Five.
  • Power of Team Building: (Half Day) Team bonding brings people together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork. We provide fun activities that help people see each other in a different light allowing them to connect in a different setting.
  • Power of Mindset: Our 2-hour interactive workshop will help you identify the differences between a fixed and growth mindset. You will then conduct an assessment to discover YOUR current mindset and we will conclude by creating an individualized action plan designed to negotiate challenges based on your mindset and propel you to success.
  • Power of Five: (One-Hour) This workshop will introduce you to a more efficient way of setting and meeting goals. Each worship participant will develop an individualized action plan with one of our certified professionals that can be implemented immediately.

Lunch & Learn

A lunch & learn program is a 30-45 minutes training or presentation session facilitated to your employees during a lunch hour. You might decide to have it in an employee cafeteria, auditorium, or even in a conference room.
